Extruded fin tube: The overall surface of the rolled fin is smooth and free from burrs, making it easy clean. It is produced by compressing tubes, aluminum fin is formed from bi-metallic tubes, a base tube and an aluminum muff tube. When used in heating and air-conditioning systems, the fin surface can be easily wetted and cooled with water for effective cooling. In situations involving drying, heating, and other heat exchange processes, the fin surface is treated with anodizing, resulting in a beautiful appearance and providing effective protection against surface corrosion. Aluminum rolling finned tubes are manufactured by rolling aluminum tubes as a whole. These tubes have the advantage of no contact thermal resistance, high strength, resistance to thermal shock and mechanical shock, excellent thermal performance, and a significant increase in heat transfer surface area. It is widely used in steel, petroleum, chemical, machinery, shipbuilding, power station, hospital, and food industries.
