Copper alloys are primarily used in applications requiring a combination of high strength, ductility, and corrosion resistance. copper plate is widely used in heat exchanger products in the fields of shipbuilding, nuclear power, petrochemical and military industry. Admiralty brass has good corrosion resistance in unpolluted fresh water, while Al Brass and copper-nickel can be used in unpolluted higher chloride waters.
The tubesheet is the support element of the heat exchanger and boiler. Tube sheets come in different sizes and are punched with a series of holes to create a location for welding the tube ends. There are two common types of tubesheet: floating tube sheets and stationary tube sheet.
