S32750 stainless steel has high strength, corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance, and is suitable for high strength and corrosion resistant structural parts and components in the marine, chemical, oil and gas industries. The material's resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking is better than other stainless steels, so it is suitable for seawater environments.
S32750 stainless steel can be subjected to heat treatment processes, including solid solution and water quenching. The solid solution temperature is 1020-1100 ℃, holding time is 1-2 hours; water quenching followed by annealing treatment, annealing temperature is 700-800 ℃, holding time is 2-4 hours.
