超级双相钢 ASTM A790 / ASME SA790 S32205 S31803
概述
Duplex stainless steels are called“duplex”because they have a two-phase microstructure consisting of grains of ferritic and austenitic stainless steel. When duplex stainless steel is melted it solidifies from the liquid phase to a completely ferritic structure. As the material cools to room temperature， about half of the ferritic grains transform to austenitic grains (“islands”). The result is a microstructure of roughly 50% austenite and 50% ferrite.
虽然双相不锈钢被认为具有抗应力腐蚀开裂的能力，但其抗腐蚀能力不如铁素体不锈钢。不过，耐腐蚀性最差的双相不锈钢的耐腐蚀性要高于最常用的不锈钢牌号，即 304 和 316。
双相不锈钢还具有磁性，这种特性可以很容易地将它们与普通奥氏体不锈钢区分开来。
