Studded tubes are used in fire furnaces to enhance heat transfer efficiency and improve the overall performance of the furnace. The studs on the tubes create turbulence in the flue gas flow， which helps in increasing heat transfer rates. This results in improved thermal efficiency and reduced fuel consumption.

制造工艺:
Studs are fully automatically welded onto the tube by resistance welding.
验收标准
Approved drawings and the delivery conditions (TDC) of clients.
Delivery condition
Tube ends are square cut， free burrs， internally dried and air blown clean， externally coated with varnish at both ends of extruded bimetallic fin tube.
Surface Protection:
Oil dip， black coating or varnish.

Documentation
It shall include raw materials mill certificates， inspection and test samples results and warranty certificate of manufacturer.
