Overwiew
S32750 stainless steel has high strength， corrosion resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance， and is suitable for high strength and corrosion resistant structural parts and components in the marine， chemical， oil and gas industries. The material's resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking is better than other stainless steels， so it is suitable for seawater environments.
S32750 stainless steel can be subjected to heat treatment processes， including solid solution and water quenching. The solid solution temperature is 1020-1100 ℃， holding time is 1-2 hours; water quenching followed by annealing treatment， annealing temperature is 700-800 ℃， holding time is 2-4 hours.

Characteristic of Duplex Steel Pipe fitting
1. Yield strength is more than twice as high as ordinary austenitic stainless steel， and has sufficient plastic toughness for molding.
2. Excellent resistance to stress corrosion rupture， especially in the chlorine ion environment.
3. Super duplex steel has a very high corrosion resistance， in some media， such as acetic acid， formic acid， and even higher can replace high-alloy austenitic stainless steel， and even corrosion-resistant alloys.
