Overview

ASTM B 111-C44300 is a kind of American Standard tin brass tubing with good mechanical properties, which is used to make heat exchangers and conduits in contact with corrosive liquids, especially in inland thermal power plants are widely used to make high-strength, corrosion-resistant heat exchanger condenser tubing. Trace amounts of arsenic can inhibit dezincification corrosion, further improving the corrosion resistance of the alloy.C44300 has good mechanical properties.

Used in the manufacture of heat exchangers and pipes in contact with corrosive liquids, especially in inland thermal power plants are widely used in the manufacture of high-strength, corrosion-resistant heat exchanger condenser tube. Recent research has proved that the addition of boron, nickel and other trace elements in C44300 can better improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy.C44300 is susceptible to stress corrosion cracking, so the cold processed tube must be low-temperature annealing to eliminate the stress.C44300 is easy to crack in the hot pressing process, the impurity content should be strictly controlled.
