TONG CHUANG Group, one of the leading suppliers in China,we supply nickel alloy and tubes with high quality to our customers and we have many experiences in exporting.

Alloy 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum solid solution strengthened alloy that provides superior corrosion resistance in aggressive environments coupled with excellent strength and weldability. it is commonly referred to by the tradename Inconel 625 and the universal designation UNS N06625.

Distinctive Characteristic

Corrosion Resistance

Inconel 625 has excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments, including reducing and oxidizing acids, organic acids, salts, alkalis, and seawater.

Workablity

Inconel 625 has good hot and cold workability in the annealed condition. Hot-working should be done above 1600°F (871°C) to ensure adequate ductility, while cold work is performed below 1200°F (649°C).

Elevated Temperature Resistance

Inconel 625 exhibits superior resistance to recurrent heating/cooling cycles.Additionally, the high chromium content in Alloy 625 provides excellent oxidation and scaling resistance at temperatures up to 1800°F (982°C).
