ASTM B163 UNS N08825, Incoloy825 Extruded Finned Tube With Aluminum Fins For Heat Exchanger
ASTM B163 UNS N08825 Extruded Fin tubes with Aluminum Fins use the form of the base tube covered with aluminum tube(the base tube can be carbon steel, stainless steel, copper) through machine extrusion, forming a tube fin, and the fin base and the tube outer wall is close fitting. This fin tube control can make fin tubes with high heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer performance.
Incoloy825 / Alloy825 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. This nickel alloy steel’s chemical composition is designed to provide excellent resistance to many corrosive environments. It is similar to alloy 800 but it has improved resistance to aqueous corrosion. It also has excellent resistance to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, and to localized attack.
