The C70600 / Cu90Ni10 alloy tube primarily consists of approximately 90% copper (Cu) and 10% nickel (Ni). This combination of metals imparts the alloy with desirable properties such as high corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity. The tube undergoes an annealing process, designated by "O61." Annealing involves heating the material and allowing it to cool gradually, which helps eliminate internal stresses, improve mechanical properties, and enhance workability. The annealing treatment in this alloy tube makes it more ductile and easier to form and shape during fabrication. Copper Alloy Tube finds application in various industries due to its unique properties, such as marine industry, oil and gas industry, power generation, HVAC and so on.
