ASTM B111/ASME SB111 C44300 COPPER ALLOY SEAMLESS TUBE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER
Overview:
C44300 is the ideal choice for heat exchanger tubes. Usually manufactured to meet engineering requirements, you will find that this alloy is often used in oil and gas applications, which also require its non-corrosive properties. C44300 and C68700 have good corrosion resistance. C44300 Brass Seamless Tube The minimum tensile strength of the heat exchange tube is 310Mpa, and the minimum yield strength is 105Mpa.

Application:
Copper pipes are used in a variety of industries; including marine environment, power generation, offshore, oil and gas, and defense.
The drawn copper pipe has both cold working and hot working performance, has the highest degree of seawater corrosion and scouring ability, and high strength. Typical users are distillation and desalination plants, as well as marine coolers and heat exchangers.
Using vacuum melting technology, the quality of the pipe is high: the chemical composition is stable, the size is accurate, and the inner and outer surfaces are clean, smooth and bright. Good mechanical properties-no pores, cracks, pinhole leakage and other defects.
Mechanical Testing Such as Tensile of Area:
- Hardness Test
- Chemical Analysis – Spectro Analysis
- Positive Material Identification – PMI Testing
- Flattening Test
- Micro and MacroTest
- Pitting Resistance Test
- Flaring Test
- Intergranular Corrosion (IGC) Test
