ASTM A815 WP-S UNS S32205 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe Fittings 180 Deg U Bend B16.9
ASTM A815 UNS S32205 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe U Bend is mainly composed of chromium, nickel and molybdenum. It also contains some elements of manganese, nitrogen, silicon and iron. With 22% chromium, 5% nickel and 3% molybdenum, this type of steel is considered as a duplex stainless steel having excellent corrosion resistance due to its high alloy composition. Its has higher strength than ordinary stainless steels and it also has superior resistance to stress corrosion cracking in chloride-containing media.
