ASTM A269 TP316L / UNS S31603 BRIGHT ANNEALED STAINLESS STEEL TUBE
Bright Annealing is a process in which the stainless steel surface is made reflective like a mirror. This type of Annealing is produced by heat-treating steel with a controlled atmosphere furnace. ASTM A269 can be buffed to attain a better reflective finish and is used in reflective surface requiring applications. It should be taken into consideration that during Bright Annealing it is necessary for the metal surfaces to be clean and free from foreign contamination for maximum effect.
316L is a less carbon variant of 316. Alloy 316L is generally used when welding is required to ensure maximum corrosion resistance. As 316L consists of lower carbon content it results in lesser carbide precipitation which is a result of welding. Our products are renowned for the amazing quality and finishing that they have on offer. Moreover, our products are known to offer maximum utility even under harsh usage, as we put our products through various quality control measures.
