ASTM A213 TP310S 1.4845 Stainless Steel Seamless Tube Heat Exchanger
ASTM A213 TP310S is a very mature stainless steel seamless tube. It contains more Cr and Ni, belonged to austenitic stainless steel. The steel tube has good structure stability, high endurance strength, oxidation resistance, good processing ability of bend and welding process, and is sensitive to intergranular corrosion and stress corrosion.
As the steel tube is made of many kinds of alloy components, it is very difficult to process hardness and cutting. It is mainly used to manufacture high-temperature superheater, high-temperature reheater, high-temperature section of platen superheater and high-temperature and high-pressure resistant tube parts of large power generation boiler with large pressure parameters and close to critical or supercritical.
These Stainless Steel ASTM A213 TP 310S Seamless Tubes has general corrosion resistance superior than SS 304 and SS 309. They might be susceptibe to chloride stress corrosion cracking, and has an easiness of fabrication.
They are mainly used to manufacture high-temperature superheater, high-temperature reheater, high-temperature section of platen superheater and high-temperature and high-pressure resistant tube parts of large power generation boiler with large pressure parameters and close to critical or supercritical.
Benefits of using 310s Stainless Steel Seamless Tube:
1.Higher carbon content gives the material greater heat resistant qualities
2.Higher tensile yield strength
3.Greater short and long term creep strength.
