ASTM A213 T9 Ferritic Alloy Steel Seamless Tube For Boiler And Heat Exchanger
A213 Gr.T9 Seamless Tubes have more strength, superior corrosion resistance, and the ability to withstand higher pressure than T9 welded tube. ASTM A213 Gr.T9 has a high percentage of other elements apart from iron and carbon, such as silicon, manganese, nickel, copper, titanium and chromium. Alloy elements are added to improve the hardness and durability of the A213 T9 tube. And it improves corrosion resistance due to the high amount of other elements like chromium. In general, alloy steel has comparatively low strength, high weld ability, high melting points, high ductility, and high corrosion resistance.
ASTM A213 T9 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube is made up of a low carbon alloy steel that is suitable for high heat and high pressure applications like the chemical, power generation, petroleum and oil and gas industrial applications.
