ASTM A403 This specification covers wrought stainless steel fittings for pressure piping applications.

Characteristic
1. The corrosion resistance of 304L stainless steel is greatly improved compared with ordinary stainless steel， so it is easy to be used in chemical process.
2. 304L stainless steel still has strong strength and toughness in low temperature state， so it is widely used in low temperature equipment.
3. 304L stainless steel has high tensile strength and yield strength， and can be cold worked to improve its hardness.
4. 304L stainless steel is easy to process， welding and cutting， and its surface finish is high.
5. 304L stainless steel will not harden during heat treatment.
