Description:

Manufacturing Process
Embedded finned tube is a type of finned tube where the fins are made by embedding a strip of metal into the outer surface of the tube. The metal strip is usually made of aluminum or copper and has a series of fins attached to it. The strip is then inserted into a groove that is machined into the outer surface of the tube and the groove is then filled with a high-temperature alloy, typically an aluminum or copper alloy.

Tube ends are square cut, free burrs, internally dried and air blown clean, externally coated with varnish at both ends of Square or Rectangualr Fin Tube.
