ASTM A179 AL Fin Embedded Finned Tube With G Type For Heat Exchanger
TONG CHUANG Group ASTM A179 G Embedded Fin Tube, is a highly efficient spiral fin heat transfer element. Its heat transfer area is several times that of bare tubes, which can not only improve heat transfer efficiency, reduce flow resistance, but also reduce metal consumption, thereby improving the economy and operational reliability of heat exchange equipment. At present, the tube has been widely used in various boilers.
On the other hand, for ASTM A179 G embedded finned tube, it has many advantages when used, for example, because of the increased heating area, thus enhancing the heat transfer effect. It can also reduce the space occupied by heat, especially suitable for quick-install boilers. Another point is that it can reduce equipment costs and improve equipment safety. It also performs very well at high temperatures because the aluminum fins expand faster than the base tube, allowing for a very tight mechanical bond inside with very good heat transfer qualities.
G-type embedded spiral finned tube is processed from aluminum strip with specific width and spiral groove depth, and then the equipment will inlay the strip on ASTM A179 pipe. During the winding process, due to a certain degree of pre-tightening force, the strip is firmly in the spiral groove, ensuring a certain contact area between the aluminum strip and the ASTM A179 pipe. To prevent the strip spring from falling off the tube, weld both ends of the strip to the steel pipe. There should be a certain space between the steel belt and the spiral groove for easy installation. If the gap is too small, the setup process will be difficult to complete. In addition, the wound steel belt always has a certain rebound, so that the steel belt cannot be well combined with the bottom of the spiral groove. Embedded finning can be performed at low cost with standard equipment.
