High Frequency Welding Fin Tube, ASME SA213 T12 with Carbon Steel Fin tube , Heat Exchanger Application

Overview

High-frequency welded alloy fin tubes are heat exchanger elements that are made by welding metal fins to tubes. The process uses high-frequency current to heat the fins and tubes to a high temperature, causing them to melt and fuse at the weld contact surfaces, resulting in a tight connection between the fins and tubes.

They are widely used in air conditioning, refrigeration equipment, boilers, heat exchangers, power industry and industrial heating equipment. They not only improve the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment, but also save energy and reduce carbon emissions.

Characteristic of  ASME SA213 T12 Fin Tube

Efficient Heat Transfer: By welding the fins to the surface of the tubes, the surface area of the tubes for heat dissipation can be greatly increased, thus improving heat transfer efficiency. This gives HF welded alloy finned tubes excellent heat dissipation performance in heat exchange equipment.

Compact structure: The manufacturing process of high-frequency welded alloy finned tubes makes the connection between the fins and the tubes very strong and not easy to fall off or be damaged. At the same time, because the fins are welded directly to the tube, the overall structure is very compact and takes up less space.

Material saving: High frequency welded alloy finned tubes require less fin material than the traditional method of mechanically fixing the fins. This not only reduces material costs, but also improves the contact area and heat transfer efficiency between the fins and the tube.
