What is G Type fin tube ASME SB163 NO4400 

Type G finned tubes are heat exchanger tubes with a special construction commonly used in high efficiency heat transfer and heat exchange applications.ASME SB163 NO4400 is a nickel-based alloy material, also known as Monel Alloy, that offers excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength.

G-fin tubes are characterized by fins attached to the surface of the tube, which increases the heat transfer area of the tube, thereby improving heat transfer efficiency. This structure is widely used in many industrial fields, including chemical, petroleum, electric power, pharmaceutical, metallurgy and so on.

ASME SB163 NO4400 is a corrosion-resistant alloy with good resistance to acid, alkali, salt and corrosion, which is able to operate stably for a long period of time in harsh environments. Therefore, Type G finned tubes are manufactured from ASME SB163 NO4400 material with good corrosion resistance and high temperature strength for applications requiring corrosion resistance and high temperature heat transfer.
